Description of program:

Curriculum includes organizational processes and procedures for supervisee recordkeeping, reporting and monitoring of supervisee’s cases; program goals , methods of needs assessment and program development; Ohio laws and professional standards, research and evaluation; agency or institutional policies and procedures, roles and responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees, multiple roles of supervisors; strategies to help supervisees advance to optimum performance, productivity and job satisfaction and preventing burnout.
